We charge a 5% platform fee on each ticket sold. There are no monthly subscriptions, no setup fees, and no hidden charges. Free events can be listed at zero cost.

What kinds of events can I host?

Concerts, festivals, comedy shows, conferences, workshops, brand activations, networking events, and more. All events must comply with our community guidelines. We do not support events that promote harm or illegal activity.

How does organiser verification work?

You'll submit your full name, phone number, and bank account details. We verify everything, typically within 24 hours. Larger promoters and businesses may be asked to provide an RC number or additional documentation.

How long does event approval take?

Most events are reviewed and approved within a few hours of submission. Events involving large venues, external permits, or complex logistics may take up to 48 hours.

What support is available during my event?

Live chat and phone support are available throughout your event day. Organisers who reach ₦500K in cumulative ticket sales get a dedicated host success representative to assist with every event.
