By accessing or using Twintix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Twintix is a ticketing platform for live events. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All ticket sales are final unless an event is cancelled by the organiser. Resale of tickets above face value is strictly prohibited. Twintix is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
Event organisers are solely responsible for the accuracy of event details, including date, time, venue, and lineup. Twintix facilitates ticket sales but does not co-organise events.
If an event is cancelled, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Service fees are non-refundable. Postponed events are not eligible for automatic refunds.
You may not use Twintix for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam, to scrape data, or to interfere with the platform's operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Twintix is provided 'as is'. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twintix disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
