We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone number, payment details) when you create an account or purchase tickets. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, events viewed, and device information.
Your information is used to process ticket purchases, send booking confirmations, provide customer support, personalise your event recommendations, and send you relevant promotions (with your consent).
Payment card details are processed securely by Paystack and are never stored on Twintix servers. We retain only the last four digits of your card number for reference purposes.
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information with event organisers (name, email, ticket reference) to facilitate entry. We may share data with service providers acting on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Booking records are kept for seven years for financial and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@twintix.ng. We will respond within 30 days.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+) to protect data in transit. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you by email of any material changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
